Karen assumed the role of President in 2022 has since initiated a critical shift in EOI's administrative and operational processes. Her focus has been on digitalizing existing systems, thereby modernizing the organization and promoting greater transparency. A key part of Karen's goal as President is to ensure processes are individual-agnostic, meaning they're not reliant on any one person's expertise or presence. This adaptation increases longevity and strengthens the sustainability of the organization by making processes universally understandable and accessible.
