Giving Tuesday

Help us raise enough funds to bring in two new rescues next year! Our goal is $8,000 because each horse costs, on average, $4,000 a year for us to care for and feed. Stay tuned for the Facebook donation link on Tuesday or donate here today. Thank you!!

Memory Care Outreach

Once the pandemic is over, we will resume having the lovely folks from Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care come out to visit the horses. It is both heartwarming and therapeutic for all involved. The guests get to reminisce about horses and other pets, enjoy a feeling of accomplishment when they groom the horses, and feel the healing benefits that come from interacting with them. Everyone enjoys the unconditional appreciation and stories while also sharing tea and snacks.

Youth Groups

These young cadets from the Army National Guard Youth Challenge Corps are the essence of what "service learning" should be. They are regular volunteers at the ranch, connecting with the herd as they muck, clean every water trough, lay out fresh bedding and help build a new evacuation road. Thank you for your service. We welcome other youth groups to get involved too!
